In 2012,Great Wall Machinery and a Henan companies has signed a "annual output of 100 tons of slag powder project contract", currently running well. In this project,Great Wall Machinery use some new technology, which makes the production line to run more stable and reliable.
New Process 1--wet and dry process
That vertical mill feed back (outer loop) and separate wet slag into the mill. By spiral reamer wet slag vertical mill feed, feed back after addition of iron by the rotary feeder by vertical mill feed chute.
New Process 2-- using new technology outer loop buried scraper + elevator + Pipeline Separators combination.
New Process 3-- before slag former into the mill,it provided steady flow positions.
New Process 4-- stop grinding material by efflux efflux warehouse reentry stand mill.
New Process 5-- Setting the dust collector chute transport corridor.
New Process 6-- gate valve replacement using two high failure rate of the three-way dosing valve.
New Process 7-- slag large pieces has broken material cycle again.
New Process 8 -- Add Options iron,in order to iron slag separation better.
