2.Reasonable usage and control of system air quantity

The power of circulating fan takes up about 35% of total system power consumption, reducing the air can effectively reduce the fan power consumption. If wrong operation and the system can be controlled by the high speed, the production quality only can be held by increase separator speed. However, in spite of stable running it keeps, the currency of circulating air blower and separator is too high, so as to increase power consumption.

3.The adjusting of gear rings

According to the operating conditions, the status of mill plates, rollers and liners must be regularly inspected. Adjusting on time the height of gear ring in case of milling reduction, caused by the thickness of material layers, which can be further results motor loading and currency increasing.
