Working principle
The hydrate ball mill is a type of horizontal cylinder rotary equipment, gear drive out edge mill, two bins mill and grate ball mill. The material is feed into the first bin equably by the hollow shaft in a screw way. The first bin is equipped with ladder lining plate and different kinds of steel balls. When the cylinder is rotating, the centrifugal force brings the steel balls at a certain height and then hit on the materials badly. The material then will be ground again by the steel balls load at the second bin, which is lined with plane liner. The finished products are discharged out of the mill via the discharge grate.
Structure Features
The hydrate lime mill is consist of the feeding device, discharge device, rotary part, transmission part (gear box, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control). The hollow shaft is made by steel casting. The liner is disconnetctable. The big rotating gear is also made by steel casting and machining. The cylinder is set with the wear-resisting lining plate.
